In this struggle, Turkey stands by Azerbaijan to the end. Our Azerbaijani brothers comply with the ceasefire decision. However, Armenia, which was insincere, violates the ceasefire regime. They continue to kill civilians ruthlessly with rockets", the Turkish Minister said.
