It is impossible to state that previously reached agreements on ceasefire and humanitarian pause are being observed

The involvement of third countries in the settlement of Nagorno-Karabakh is possible only with the consent of both parties to the conflict”, press secretary of the Russian President Dmitry Peskov told reporters about this, APA reports, citing TASS.

"As for the participation of third countries in the existing settlement formats, it entirely depends on the political will of the conflict parties. There are two of them - Azerbaijan and Armenia. And it is possible to participate in the settlement of the conflict, be a certain mediator or participate in the formats only with the consent of both sides," he said, answering the question about the possibility of Turkey's involvement in the settlement of the situation in Nagorno-Karabakh.

Peskov stressed that "it is not yet possible to state that previously reached agreements on ceasefire and humanitarian pause are being observed". "Unfortunately, they are not being observed by the sides," the Kremlin representative stated.
