According to the 5th paragraph of the 109th article of the Azerbaijan Republic’s Constitution, President of Azerbaijan gave an order (October 23) to appoint Mikayil Jabbarov as a Minister of Economy of Azerbaijan, Caspian Energy News reports with reference to the official website of the President of the AR.
