President of the Republic of Azerbaijan Ilham Aliyev has arrived in the city of Ganja, Caspian Energy Media reports citing the official website of the President of Azerbaijan.

The head of state visited and laid flowers at the statue of National Leader Heydar Aliyev in the center of the city of Ganja.
