Minister of Economy of Azerbaijan Mikayil Jabbarov has met with Alexander Beglov, the Governor of St. Petersburg (the Russian Federation). The delegation headed by Alexander Beglov is on a visit to Azerbaijan. As reported by Caspian Energy Media with reference to the Ministry of Economy, strengthening of the regional cooperation, including bilateral economic activities, was emphasized at the meeting.

The sides discussed the prospects of economic ties, possibilities of joint activities in the field of industry, innovations, tourism, shipbuilding and other areas.
